The Safe Knight Services Plan is one
phone call away. Using your unique password you can have your family
member's complete medical history sent anywhere in the world by electronic
mail or fax in a matter of minutes.
The Plan Provides:

Totally Confidential - Records are only released on confirmed approval

In the event of an emergency Safe Knight Services will by
E-mail or Facsimile send the records you authorize using your private code.
Within 30 minutes a hospital or medical clinic with E-mail or Fax capability
will have the information. In the event of a missing person a flyer
will be E-mailed to every jurisdiction near where the person disappeared.

We hope that you will not need anything further, but as the time increases
so does the span that the information is is sent including the FBI and
all media. All this for a small start up fee and a minimal annual
renewal.
Information is proved directly to the Safe Knight Data Center.
No salesperson or local office handles the materials. Sign-up is
accomplished by filling out a simple form and mailing it to the Safe Night
Data Center in a special envelope.
Special Safe Knight Technicians are on duty 24 hours a day
every day. A special alert phone list is used to fax or E-mail needed records
to your approved location within minutes of notification. You are
also given a special number so that Safe Knight can act as your personal
Information and Message Center for as long as you need us.
The Safe Knight Services Plan fees have been kept affordable
for all Families. There is a Special New program Membership
Fee of $29.95 for single and $59.95 for a Family
(up to 5). Additional individuals can be added for $10.00
each. Annual renewals are $6.00 for singles and $10.00 for Families.
